Production process

Seven stages, every job.

Material intakeBoard, veneer, hardware and adhesives checked against the approved submittal before storage.
Cutting and nestingPanels sized from the cutting list generated off approved shop drawings.
Edge bandingAutomatic pre-mill, glue, trim, scrape and buff for a sealed, durable edge.
CNC machiningGrooving, boring, profiling and shaping to tolerance, tool changed automatically.
AssemblyCarcasses built, hardware fitted and units dry-assembled for fit before finishing.
FinishingSpray lacquer, veneer polish or laminate pressing, finished to the approved sample.
Inspection and dispatchFinal quality check, protective packing, labelling and load sequencing for site.
Machinery and technology

What the floor runs on.

The same equipment NABLUX supplies to manufacturers worldwide, which is how our specification advice stays honest.

CNC routingNesting, boring and profiling with automatic tool change for multi-operation parts.
Automatic edge bandingPre-milling through buffing in one continuous pass for a sealed edge.
Panel sizingAccurate breakdown of sheet material with minimal waste per board.
Multi-boringHinge, dowel and shelf-pin patterns drilled in one setup.
Spray finishingControlled booth for lacquer, stain and clear coats with consistent film build.
Pressing and laminationFlat and curved pressing for veneer, laminate and acrylic faces.
Quality control

Checked four times before it leaves.

On cutPanel dimensions verified against the cutting list before any edge work.
On assemblySquareness, hardware operation and gap tolerance checked on the bench.
On finishColour, sheen and film consistency compared against the approved sample.
On dispatchFinal inspection, protective packing and a signed release note per load.

Capacity and workforce

Production scaled to your programme.

Where a floor-by-floor handover is required, we sequence manufacturing to match your access dates rather than our own convenience.

Long-serving joinery specialists work alongside trained machine operators. Supervisors are promoted from the floor, which is why the standard holds when volume rises.

Confirm current shift pattern, floor area and monthly output with NGIC before publishing figures here.

Come and see the floor.

We would rather you walked the facility than read about it. Site visits can be arranged on any working day.
